Registration
Registration dates and times are always to be considered the Portuguese time zone (UTC+0 until 29 March 2026 and UTC+1 from 30 March)
Student**
All fees are in EUR;
If you are the presenting author of an abstract, you must register and pay until 3 July, 2026 in order to have your presentation considered in the final programme.
Congress registration fees include
- Admission to the scientific sessions (symposia, oral and poster sessions)
- Meeting publications at a special online-only issue of the Journal of Dental Research, the journal for dental, oral and craniofacial research
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches (on Thursday & Friday)
- Welcome Reception on Thursday evening (LIMITED attendance! – Make sure you register on time!)
- Official Attendance digital certificate
*IADR Membership
You can become a member of IADR at any time of the year and take advantage, besides other interesting benefits, from a reduced meeting registration fee. Please check it out here: https://www.iadr.org/membership
Note that the membership fee plus the congress-registration fee is always lower than the non-member congress-registration fee. As an IADR member, you can save up to 40% in congress-registration fees.
Please note that your membership status will be checked by the CED-IADR Secretariat. If the membership fee is not paid prior to finalising your congress registration as a member, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance (as compared to the respective non-member congress-registration fee) at the on-site registration desk.
*Student Registration
Registration as a student requires the uploading of a proof of student status, indicating the years of enrollment.
Terms & Conditions
- Registration and the full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the Congress events.
- Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type.
- An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered as valid.
Confirmation
Once your registration process is completed:
- You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your registration process was successfully completed. To avoid spam, please validate the Congress e-mail address in your e-mail account.
- After identification of your payment, you will receive a second e-mail confirming your registration and all services booked. Please check carefully that all of the services were booked correctly.
If you do not receive an automatic confirmation reply within 24 hours, please contact the technical secretary ofthe Congress (ced-iadr2026@leading.pt).
Final Receipt
The final receipt will be issued based on the details that were provided while registering in the step “Contact/invoice details”.
- Any change of such details is possible before the Congress is over and may be subject to a €15 fee.
If you need a pro forma invoice/invoice, we can provide one, so that you can process the payment within your institution’s administrative process. To obtain one, please contact the secretariat by e-mail requesting it.
After receiving the payment, the Congress secretariat will issue the receipt.
Registration Cancellation Conditions
Any bank charges incurred through the reimbursement of a cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
- Receipt of written cancellation until ______: Full refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 30€
- Receipt of written cancellation after _____: No refund of registration fee will be granted.
All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the Congress secretariat via e-mail
Group registrations
For group registrations and hotel bookings (more than 5 people), please contact the secretariat.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include a participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
