If you are the presenting author of an abstract, you must register and pay until 3 July, 2026 in order to have your presentation considered in the final programme.

*IADR Membership

You can become a member of IADR at any time of the year and take advantage, besides other interesting benefits, from a reduced meeting registration fee. Please check it out here: https://www.iadr.org/membership

Note that the membership fee plus the congress-registration fee is always lower than the non-member congress-registration fee.

Please note that your membership status will be checked by the CED-IADR Secretariat. If the membership fee is not paid prior to finalising your congress registration as a member, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance (as compared to the respective non-member congress-registration fee) at the on-site registration desk.

*Student Registration

Registration as a student requires the uploading of a proof of student status, indicating the years of enrollment.

You may also register under the student category if you meet the IADR student membership criteria. According to IADR guidelines, a student member is someone enrolled in a recognized academic institution without holding an academic appointment and interested in dental research. Student membership is limited to a maximum of 8 years or until completion of studies.

Terms & Conditions

• Registration and the full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the Congress events.
• Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type.
• An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered as valid.

Confirmation
Once your registration process is completed:

• You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your registration process was successfully completed. To avoid spam, please validate the Congress e-mail address in your e-mail account.
• After identification of your payment, you will receive a second e-mail confirming your registration and all services booked. Please check carefully that all of the services were booked correctly.

If you do not receive an automatic confirmation reply within 24 hours, please contact the technical secretary ofthe Congress (ced-iadr2026@leading.pt).

Final Receipt
The final receipt will be issued based on the details that were provided while registering in the step “Contact/invoice details”.

• Any change of such details is possible before the Congress is over and may be subject to a €15 fee.

If you need a pro forma invoice/invoice, we can provide one, so that you can process the payment within your institution’s administrative process. To obtain one, please contact the secretariat by e-mail requesting it.

After receiving the payment, the Congress secretariat will issue the receipt.

Registration Cancellation Conditions
All registrations completed and paid, are non-refundable.

All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the Congress secretariat via e-mail

Group registrations
For group registrations and hotel bookings (more than 5 people), please contact the secretariat at ced-iadr2026@leading.pt.

Insurance
The registration fee does not include a participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
