Dr. Bob Rosier is a postdoctoral researcher at the Oral Microbiome Lab, FISABIO (Valencia, Spain). He obtained his PhD with honors in 2022 for his work on nitrate as a prebiotic and nitrate-reducing bacteria as probiotics. He currently continues his research in the same group, focusing on pre- and probiotics for the oral microbiome to improve oral and systemic health.

He has authored over 30 scientific publications, including invited reviews in Journal of Dental Research and Periodontology 2000, and has delivered over 30 conference presentations, including invited lectures at IADR, the Harvard Dental School, and the ADA Forsyth Institute.
