Dr. Fábio Leite is a Tenure Full Professor at the University of Utah School of Dentistry, Salt Lake City, USA. He serves on the Science Information and Government Affairs Committees of the American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (AADOCR), and as Vice-President of the Pride in Dental Research Network of the IADR. Trained at São Paulo State University (UNESP), Brazil, he holds a PhD in Periodontology and has held positions in Brazil, Australia, Denmark, and Singapore. His research spans oral epidemiology, population oral health, and periodontal-systemic disease associations. He is among the top 2% most cited scientists worldwide.
