Jeanie Suvan DipDH, CRA, FHEA, MSc, LLM, PhD qualified and worked as a Dental Hygienist in Canada later commencing her academic career in the Department of Periodontology, University of Bern, Switzerland. In the UK, Jeanie was involved for many years in patient care, post-graduate teaching and clinical research in the Unit of Periodontology at UCL Eastman Dental Institute, where she was Associate Professor and Director of the MSc Dental Hygiene Programme. Her most recent roles include clinical dental hygienist in private practice and Honorary Senior Lecturer at University of Glasgow Dental School.
