Dr. Susanne Effenberger is a dental researcher with a focus on clinical research, cariology, and the management of developmental defects. She currently serves as Director of Clinical Research and Product at DMG Hamburg, where she is involved in the clinical evaluation and development of dental materials and treatment concepts.

In addition, she is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Conservative Dentistry, Periodontology, and Digital Dentistry at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. She has previously gained experience at academic institutions in Hamburg, Berlin, and Munich, contributing to research in preventive dentistry, management of developmental defects and digital dental technologies.
